Since 2001 I have enjoyed helping Texans with their real estate needs.  With over 22 years of real estate experience and hundreds of transactions:  coastal investment properties, single-family homes, farm and ranch, unimproved land...I can confidently say no matter what my client's real estate needs are, I can assist them.

I service a fairly large Houston suburb and rural area including but not limited to: Katy, Fulshear, Sealy, New Ulm, Industry, Alleyton, Simonton, Columbus, Bellville, Fayetteville and several other small rural communities west of Houston.

My farm & ranch clients appreciate too my personal farm and ranch experience as I managed our family’s mini-horse farm for several years and am able to speak to each client with some insight as these type properties can be a bit more complex than others. 

Often times rural property presents questions most buyers don’t even know they should ask such as: Does the property have an agricultural property tax exemption?  Are there any mineral or other surface leases? Does the property produce crops or livestock? Are there any easements, granted or deeded or perhaps a handshake?  And why are these questions important to know when purchasing rural properties? This is why when looking to purchase or sell a rural property you need to have an experienced professional to guide and help protect and maximize their investment.
