About 10 years ago, my husband and I decided to flip a house. As a college professor, I had my summers free, so we emabarked on this journey. It was a big success, so we flipped a few more homes. As I went through the process of inspections, financing, appraisals, etc., I realized that I really loved real estate, so I got my license.
