Prior to being a full time realtor, Mark was instrumental in closing hundreds of real estate transactions in 8 years in mortgage banking. He has relationships with portfolio lenders that offer specialized financing enabling more buyers to purchase the home of their dreams. A ‘numbers guy’, Mark focuses on ensuring the affordability of a home for his buyer and maximizing the value for his seller. Setting the correct price on a sale is just as important as marketing. Having seen hundreds of appraisals as a mortgage banker, Mark is knowledgeable in assessing values for the Dallas market.
Buying and selling a home is the largest transaction a person will make in their lives. With his personal network of professionals in lending, insurance and title, Mark can make that transition as easy as possible. Mark prides himself on being available when his clients need him most. As he says " my cell phone is always on " so it is rare he wont answer your call himself.
Mark is married to Jennifer and they have two children named Ryan and Danielle. When Mark is not selling homes, he can be found playing golf, poker or driving Ryan around to his practices and games.
