I’m Edward Garcia — a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, lifelong Texan, and family man who’s proud to serve Texas in the San Antonio community I call home as well as the surrounding areas. After 21 years in the Navy, moving from place to place with my wife and daughters, I learned firsthand how stressful and emotional relocation can be. Every move carried its own challenges, but it also taught me what families truly need during big transitions: clarity, honesty, and someone who genuinely has their back.

That’s why I became a realtor.

I don’t see real estate as sales — I see it as service. The same values that guided me in the Navy guide me now: take care of people, work as a team, and never leave anyone behind. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a place filled with memories, or moving across the country, my goal is to make the process feel steady, supported, and stress‑free for your whole family.

San Antonio is where my own family finally planted roots, and helping others find that same sense of home in Texas is what drives me every day.
