Heidi Crenshaw-Hayes is a wife and mom of five amazing kids. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her clients having been on all sides of real estate transactions since 1997. She draws on her extensive experience to provide her clients with knowledge that keeps them informed and secure throughout the process. She is a true visionary and gets her clients excited about what could be, then partnering with them to find ways to make it happen.
Heidi has also been an instructor for real estate professionals continuing education courses with her company the Real Estate CE Academy, LLC since 2010, she is a Brian Buffini Mentor, and runs a very successful transaction coordination company called TransAct Management Solutions, LLC where she has a team of 5 and partners with Realtors to leverage their time. Heidi has a true passion for giving the tools and education to her Realtor clients by providing the needed leverage to crush their goals.
Heidi spends time volunteering in fundraising and leadership positions for the community as well as local professional organizations. She is currently serving as District Vice President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Texas and was voted by Women’s Council Texas as the Entrepreneur of the Year for 2022.
Whether it be a buyer, seller, or real estate professional, Heidi contributes with strategies and insight that help them connect the dots, utilizing all of the real estate technology available and creating systems to benefit them in this ever-changing market. She is not afraid to deal with tough issues within and outside the doors with style, determination, and honesty.
She believes that we are all born with the ability to achieve our dreams and feels so blessed with the knowledge she has gained and spends all of her time using that experience to benefit others.
