Lisa has been a licensed Maryland REALTOR® since 2018. She is driven to help her clients achieve their housing goals. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Lisa worked for 38 years on the banking side of real estate, as a Business and Retail Banker with both a large regional bank and a local community bank. She closed numerous loans involving commercial and residential real estate, as well as investment real estate. She also managed branch locations before going into lending. She puts her financial, customer service background, business contacts and knowledge of the underwriting and closing process to work for her client.

Lisa has developed a niche working with Seniors over 50 as well as Estate sales. She holds the SRES® or Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. She realizes at times this may mean many phone calls or in person meetings to go over printed documents. In a mostly electronic world, it is refreshing to know that someone will take the time to meet face to face, as often as necessary to address questions and concerns. However, Lisa is willing to communicate in whatever manner her clients are comfortable with and is well versed inall social media, emailing, texting, Facetiming or Zooming. She also enjoys first time home buyers and up-sizers too! She is certified as a pricing strategy advisor (PSA). This certification gives Lisa’s clients an edge in determining property values for sellers knowing they are getting the most they can out of their home sale; or helps her buyers know that she has researched similar home values well and can assist them in making competitive offers.

The value of the personal touch, honesty and a good reputation are important to Lisa. She takes the time to pay attention to the lives of her clients and connect with them on a personal level. Relationships, referrals, and repeat business have been the foundation of her success. Her clients and business friends describe her as detail-oriented, conscientious, trustworthy, knowledgeable, going above and beyond and fabulous at selling.
