North Carolina native Susan Largent has worked in education and coaching for most of her adult life. The skills she’s developed over the years have translated perfectly to the real estate industry, where she’s able to educate her clients and coach them through the process of buying or selling a home. A problem-solver by nature, Susan is interested in the house-flipping process, so a house in need of a little TLC doesn’t scare her!

When she’s not helping her clientele buy or sell, Susan enjoys carpentry work, as well as sports and trips with her family--preferably to a beautiful North Carolina beach. Susan and her family have made many beautiful memories in their home, and her greatest desire is for her clients to have this experience as well. Susan’s clients know her as someone who takes her time with them and walks them step-by-step through the biggest financial transaction of their lives.
