Ethan McIntosh is originally from Kentucky but found his way to the great state of Texas after college. Growing up he was exposed to residential real estate management as his family had several single-family rental homes. Upon completing his undergraduate degree at Hawaii Pacific University, he and his wife decided to move to Austin, where he began serving in the Texas Army National Guard. Ethan is an 11-year veteran, has served in several countries, and currently serves as a Captain in the National Guard. The military is what brought him and his wife to Katy, TX, but Houston’s phenomenal food scene and proximity to the Gulf, where they enjoy fishing, has led them to call Texas home.

Following the completion of his Masters of Business from the University of North Texas, Ethan began working as Realtor with JP and Associates Reality- The Sears Group. Although this launched his career in real estate sales, his passion for real estate started in 2006 with the purchase of his first investment property. Since then, Ethan has focused on residential real estate, new construction, and investment property. He has experience with both conventional and VA mortgages. His attention to detail, relentless drive, and adaptability helps him succeed in matching clients with their perfect home. He continues to capitalize on his knowledge and experiences to exceed his client’s expectations. His values, belief in God, and devotion to family are the pillars that inspire him to treat his clients like family and put their interests before his own.

In his spare time, Ethan is an avid runner and can often be spotted on one of the many trails in the Katy area. Spending time with his wife and son fishing is in the bay is a blessing and something he never takes for granted.
