Sanford Epstein is a sales consultant of JPAR. Sanford can serve many of Dallas’ most-notable neighborhoods, including Preston Hollow, Highland Park, and University Park. He also has market knowledge and experience with neighborhoods in North and East Dallas.

Sanford also brings with him an excellent eye for detail that stems from his 12 plus years of professional photography experience and background in fine arts and design. This artistic background provides a unique perspective as a REALTOR® and is a great asset to the clients he serves by helping seller’s market their properties, and visual clues that help in new property searches. Sanford is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts and a minor in Business.

Prior to moving to Dallas, Sanford was a REALTOR® in West Palm Beach, Florida and also worked in medical photography. He screened thousands of United States Veterans by photographing their retina (the back of the eye) to treat and prevent diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Eventually, the advances in technology made it less challenging for other allied medical professionals to achieve similar results of a highly skilled and specialized ophthalmic photographer. The new procedure became the lower cost and more practical (non-dilated) exam. It has become the accepted practice for screening high volume patients. Simultaneously, Sanford had purchased his first home. He came to the realization, that his skillset with technology could provide him with a competitive edge in real estate.

Sanford is part of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Outside of the real estate profession, he enjoys spending time with his family and deep sea fishing.
