A native of South Carolina, Alicia has been a part of the Summerville area for over ten years. She worked with the Summerville Chamber of Commerce as their marketing director which allowed her the opportunity to grow a network of contacts and become an integral part of the community. This then led her to the Nexton development where she has helped the master planned community grow from the ground up to thousands of residents that now call Nexton home. While there, she wore many hats, including corporate and community outreach. As part of her corporate outreach efforts, Alicia has forged relationships with many area companies to ensure new employees knew about Nexton and its offerings. Alicia also introduced potential homebuyers to the community, was a liaison with the builder partners, and helped lead the realtor outreach program. As well as, planned events from concept to execution and much more.

All of these roles led to her career in real estate. She is passionate about working with clients to find their perfect home and sharing her love of the Charleston area.

Alicia also spends time giving back to the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Dorchester County’s Habitat for Humanity and on the Community Advisory Committee for Summerville Medical Center. She is a graduate of the Leadership Dorchester 2014 class and has hosted open house tours, festivals and concerts to promote community well-being. Alicia was the recipient of the 2021 Trailblazer of the Year award from the Summerville Chamber of Commerce and the 2024 Rookie of the Year by her brokerage JPAR Magnolia Group.
