LaShanda was raised in Ravenel, a small, rural town in Charleston County. She is humble to represent Charleston and the surrounding areas. She has an extensive professional background with emphasis on her current role as Contracts Administrator in local government. She has a Master of Business Administration Degree in Management & Leadership from Limestone University. LaShanda enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. She is active in her church, where she serves in leadership for the young women’s auxiliary and works with the youth.
