Brooke Price is an award winning Realtor serving the metro Columbia area, Lexington, and
around Lake Murray. Having about 15 years experience as a Realtor, I understand the
dynamics of our local market and enjoy educating my clients so they are able to make the
best decisions for their needs. My relaxed nature puts my clients at ease while I enjoy
taking a direct, hands on approach guiding them through every step of the sale.
During my career I have represented several local builders and have had the honor of earning sales and production awards for closed volume, but my favorite honor is serving my clients. Every sale is as unique and different as the client and I enjoy helping them strategize the best plan specifically tailored for their needs. The real estate industry is always changing, making technology and marketing important factors. To best serve my client’s needs, it’s important to me to be committed to learning and applying the newest tools. Outside of Real Estate I love gardening, enjoying the lake, traveling and spending time in Alaska.
