He was raised on Rocky Point Long Island NY with a large family and strong community ties. He moved to South Carolina in the mid 1980s.He married to Alecia P. Bryant has three adult children.He is a former Officer in the US Army. With a degree from the University of Charleston in WV. He has a strong background in marketing,professional sales, and brings that talent here at JPAR. specializes in applying his marketing background by using social media and other streams to market listing property giving listing and seller the best possible media attention.He has a youtube channel with weekly Real Estate content. He is the founder of R&R Thrift Store, a community based thrift store focusing on assisting the youth and re-establishing seniors in the workforce. His community involvement includes Midlands Gives, and partnership with Richland County Youth Arbitration providing youth a place to work, do community service and become productive youth in the community. During the 1000 year flood in Columbia South Carolina he and his wife along with his team were able to provide for over 475 families in need for 6 weeks period, after 8 years he closed the thrift store in 2020 before the break out of COVID-19.
His hobby includes doing stand comedy which he has done on both the local and national level, spending time with family and friends, traveling with his wife, sunrises,cooking and giving motivational speeches.
