Tony is excited to be part of expanding JP & Associates REALTORS throughout the Arizona market. His role in JPAR’s development includes recruiting, investor relations, real estate transactions, system implementation, training and mentoring. JPAR Vantage will be focused on Commercial & Residential Real Estate, Land Development, Property Management, and Investment Strategies.

Tony Preston is a problem solver. This skill has allowed him to develop a successful career and empowered his passion of helping others navigate through the complexities of Real Estate transactions. With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, a BSB in Project Management from the University of Phoenix, and a third-generation real estate leader, Tony’s career has led him to improve, utilize and adapt to new technological systems in order to boost revenues and improve life. With a strong foundation, he is well equipped to provide the appropriate guidance and understanding in this industry.

From 2003-2017 Tony served as President and Designated Broker for Golden West & Associates. Founded in 1979, GWA provided leasing services, sales, planning & zoning, and development in all phases of commercial and residential real estate. Tony’s focus was working with local, regional and national developers in the acquisition of industrial, mixed-use, multi-family and residential projects.

Tony’s aptitude for negotiations and management at GWA led him to be recruited by one of the nation’s largest real estate companies. From 2017 to 2019 he was the Managing Director of KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty. Within 2 years Tony and his team negotiated over $183M dollars in projects ranging from high-density residential developments, office turnarounds, hospitality, retail, industrial sales and leasing.

Tony is particularly passionate about developing affordable housing and mixed-use projects across the Phoenix metro area. These projects combine all of his interests in real estate, community development and entrepreneurial zeal. In his off time, Tony treasures time spent with Jenn, his wife of over 18 years, and their three boys, Zach, Jake, and Luke. He also loves playing sports, watching sports, and supporting Arizona State University Athletics.
