As a licensed real estate professional in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, LaToyia combines her love for helping others to achieve their home ownership goals with her passion for education.

Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, LaToyia previously taught and consulted comprehensive revenue cycle management for a Fortune 500 company and several large portfolio hospitals across the United States. She managed an operational business office of over 200 team members. With over 15 years managing high dollar portfolios, teaching organizational and professional development, her corporate experience directly translates to a deeper level of understanding both people and business.

Partnered with JP & Associates Realtors, she represents buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis using the unlimited resources available from one of the top growing offices in the state of Texas.
She is smart, transparent, hands on and easy to work with. In terms of real estate, her education is never complete. “I am a lifelong student. Originally from Waco, she grew up in Grand Prairie, TX and loves to call this city home! LaToyia enjoys finance, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter and Yorkie, Baylor.
