John Brown has an uncanny ability to recognize opportunities, formulate a plan-of-action, assemble teams of industry leaders, and consistently execute desired outcomes. He can take the most complicated transaction, massage and mold it into an elegant solution, so that all parties involved are satisfied. This talent has been shaped through years of business experience.
John earned his undergraduate degree from Northwestern in Aviation Science and Business, while building his first full size aircraft. This aircraft, which was a prototype -first of its kind- was designed, built, and flown by John, thus firmly capturing a footnote in history.
Based on the experiences gained from negotiating the terrain of this multi-million dollar aviation venture, John soon learned that his passion for negotiating business outweighed his passion for designing and building aircraft. He likes to say, “After you design, build, and fly your own experimental aircraft (and live) what more can you do in Aviation? Design and build another?”.
John also earned a Black Belt, not in Martial Arts, but in Six Sigma certification, by mastering the techniques for process improvements in business processes, which ultimately led him to Real Estate in North Texas. He saw the opportunity to utilize his talents by offering tremendous amounts of negotiating and business experience to help others who need someone in their corner fighting for their best interest during one of the most important decisions of their life…. the place to call home.
