About

I spent 14 months in the mortgage side of the industry from 2007 to 2008 during the burst of the mortgage bubble and the company I was with closed the doors. At that point, I took his mortgage experience and moved into new home sales. After seven years of success with new home builders, I decided it was time to move on to be a realtor where he could help more buyers and sellers.

I studied in Champion School of Real Estate. My first career was in commercial construction where I was a superintendent and oversaw major renovations. This allowed me the opportunity to work with a variety of people and develop skills at problem solving and multitasking in a way I never thought was possible.

My Hobbies include BMX racing, road bike racing, mountain biking, wake boarding or wake surfing, snowboarding and surfing. I'm currently engaged to a nurse and we are planning a wedding for Nov.2020. I have a 20-year old daughter from a previous marriage that has moved out & started her career in cosmetology. I also own a Siamese cat named Mr. Chan.

A little trivia, I was a superb beach volleyball in high school & college.

I believe my experience in mortgage, new home sales and as a real estate agent allows me to have a broader perspective than most other agents. This helps to understand the buyers/sellers emotions through the process. In essence I'm better suited to address possible fears & angst that may arise when clients are making life changing decisions on whether to buy or sell.

What I loves about real estate is helping families dreams come true when it comes to home ownership. "When you help families find "the one" and the excitement of making the dream a reality.... that is what puts a smile on my face and why I got into real estate."
