Thanks to her finance degree from SMU and her pre-agent professional life -- land development, construction/budgeting for a homebuilder, relocations, investment properties -- she’s as versatile as they come, making for a well-rounded ally during the buying or selling process. Clients, lenders, title company reps and cooperating agents are all big fans of working with her, too, saying she does a wonderful job of keeping all parties updated with the latest information, making for smooth, successful transactions. From scouring the market for available properties to analyzing the data to ensure clients are making wise decisions, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction.

Anne originally hails from Houston, and has lived in Dallas 25+ years – plenty long enough to know both the well-established neighborhoods as well as the up-and-coming ones. The fifth-generation Texan whole-heartedly believes Dallas has something for everyone and enjoys learning even more about her adopted hometown every time she takes a client out.
