I'm Samir Bibi, a Texas REALTOR® serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex since 2004. Over two decades in this business have taught me that a great agent isn't just someone who opens doors — it's someone who understands value, risk, and timing, and who can guide you through the details that actually affect your outcome.
My background is a little different from most agents. Early in my career I worked as an REO Asset Manager for Bank of America and Fannie Mae, where I managed the valuation, marketing, and disposition of properties across multiple markets. That experience trained me to look at homes the way institutions do — objectively, with a clear eye on pricing, condition, and true market value. I've also worked as an owner-general contractor on a ground-up duplex development in McKinney, so I know construction, repair costs, and what's really behind a "minor cosmetic issue" on an inspection report.
What that means for you: sellers get pricing strategy grounded in real analysis, not guesswork, and marketing designed to attract the right buyers quickly. Buyers get an advocate who can spot problems early, estimate what a fix actually costs, and negotiate from a position of knowledge.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property you've loved for years, or building an investment portfolio, my commitment is the same: clear communication, honest advice, and a process that leaves you confident in every decision you make.
Let's talk about your goals — I'd love to help.
