Ivy Grant is a real estate broker, developer, and founder of the I Am My Sister Foundation. A second-generation Realtor with more than 12 years of experience, she is licensed in Missouri, Illinois, and Texas, serving clients across multiple markets while expanding her real estate business throughout Texas.
Specializing in residential real estate, new construction, and community development, Ivy is passionate about helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through homeownership and strategic real estate investments. As a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor and Freddie Mac CreditSmart® Coach, she combines education, financial empowerment, and practical guidance to help clients confidently navigate the path to ownership.
Through the I Am My Sister Foundation, Ivy has empowered more than 100 women on their journey toward financial stability and homeownership through her signature 10-week program focused on healing, financial literacy, credit, and ownership. Her mission is to help women move from survival to ownership by creating lasting opportunities for generational wealth.
Beyond serving buyers and sellers, Ivy is committed to neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing development, working to create opportunities that strengthen communities and expand access to homeownership.
A respected leader in the real estate industry, Ivy has served on the St. Louis REALTORS® Board of Directors and as Chair of the Inclusion Advisory Group.
