Furthermore, she helps home sellers prepare their homes for the market, set a pricing strategy, and find buyers for their homes through innovative, effective marketing. She is an expert working with her clients to sell their homes for the best market values. Luz is excellent as to provide service both in English and in Spanish.
Luz also uses her knowledge and experience gained from working 20+ years with the City government to bring value to her clients. She earned a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from NMSU and a Master’s in Public Administration from UTEP. Luz believes in continuous improvement, life-long learning, and building collaborative relationships with professionals in the real estate process.
