I help buyers and sellers across the DFW metroplex — from Plano, Frisco, and McKinney up north, to Southlake and Grapevine in the mid-cities, and into Dallas proper and Fort Worth. Over the past few years I've built my business on three things clients tell me are rare: I pick up the phone, I tell the truth even when it's not what someone wants to hear, and I treat every transaction like it's the biggest deal of the year — because for the family on the other side of it, it usually is.

DFW is one of the most active real estate markets in the country, and that's a double-edged sword. The right home moves fast and the wrong one can cost you for years. My job is to help you sort the difference, give you straight answers on price, neighborhoods, schools, and timing, and quarterback every step from search to keys-in-hand.
