Hi, I’m Trina Allafchian—a bilingual (English/Spanish) REALTOR® with JPAR® and a decade-long background in real estate investing.
My real estate journey started over 10 years ago through investing, where I developed a deep understanding of market trends, renovations, property management, and strategic buying and selling. As a licensed REALTOR® for the past two years, I’ve helped clients navigate home buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities across Texas. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, an out-of-state relocation, or an investor building their portfolio—I handle it all with professionalism, transparency, and heart.
My approach is deeply personal and results-driven. I’m a mom, entrepreneur, and advocate who’s passionate about protecting families, empowering clients, and building long-term wealth through real estate. Outside of real estate, I bring a diverse background in business ownership (including a restaurant and daycare), bookkeeping, and security. I’ve earned recognition for community impact, including being named Citizen of the Year in Odessa.
