Julia has been passionate about real estate her entire life. As a child, she would go on plumbing calls with her dad in the evenings as her grandfather owned a father/son plumbing business in the Midwest. Little did she realize her grandfather was one of the original home investors. She watched as he sought out good real estate deals, renovated them, and then resold them at a profit. Walking to school every morning through one of the original Frank Lloyd Wright neighborhoods gave her a love for the distinctive design of every property. As an adult, Julia enjoys getting to know the owners and the uniqueness of their home. Julia believes every house has its own story.

In 1997, Julia became a licensed realtor and quickly became the “Rookie of the Year” for ERA Bartek Real Estate. By 2000 she has become one of the top agents in all of North Texas. Except for title, Julia has worked in every facet of the housing industry and brings a robust and well-rounded background of real estate experience to the table to better serve her clients.

As a realtor, Julia’s first priority is to educate her clients. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best opportunity for them to build wealth through their real estate choices. Julia strives to ensure that the buying and selling process is fun, easy, and as stress-free as possible.
