About

Hi, I’m Michelle Jakovac, a lifelong Idahoan and REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley. I’ve called the Treasure Valley home since 2002 and have been helping clients buy and sell real estate here since 2016.

Buying or selling a home comes with a lot of moving parts, and I believe you should always know what’s happening and what comes next. My clients can expect clear communication, honest advice, attention to detail, and someone who will advocate for them throughout the entire process.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in mortgage lending, insurance, and relocation. That background gave me experience in several sides of the real estate industry and a better understanding of everything that goes into a transaction—not just the buying and selling piece.

I work throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Star, Caldwell, Middleton, and the surrounding Treasure Valley communities. My experience includes residential homes, new construction, acreage, relocation, and investment properties, whether you’re buying your first home, making a move across town, relocating to Idaho, or getting ready to sell.

Much of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, and I don’t take that trust lightly. My goal is pretty simple: give you the information you need, tell you the truth, look out for your best interests, and be there when you need me—before, during, and after the transaction.
