As a New York native that came to Colorado way before it was trendy, Monique worked as a paralegal and held a corporate executive position for a national franchise before becoming a REALTOR®. Having also been a lifelong equestrian and growing up in the historic Hudson Valley, it was impossible for her not to develop a deep appreciation for the beautiful equine estates. In 2011, she founded & built her own equine boarding facility in Arvada, CO - managing 70+ horses and 70 other animals. She then went on to start her own real estate brand Key Element Real Estate powered by Flatwater Realty. With an entrepreneurial background and strong interpersonal communication skills, she maintains an “anything less than exceptional, is not good enough” attitude, anticipating her clients' real estate needs effortlessly, while under promising and over delivering. Her specialty areas are Farm & Ranch, Regenerative, Relocations & New Builds. She especially loves to help farm & ranch owners, first-time home buyers, innovators and investors grow their wealth. She sits on the Colorado Horse Council (CHC) board and is vice president of her local HOA. Living in Denver, she enjoys Sunday dinners with family, horseback riding, music, shooting, and traveling in her spare time.
