I am a native Californian and followed in my dad's footsteps to become a full time real estate professional in Southern California for over 30 years. In October of 2020 my husband and I relocated to Texas and I am currently licensed in both CA and TX. I have sold every type of property; from condos on the beach, professional equestrian facilities, vineyards, estate homes and vacant land. My top three objectives for customer service is to consider my client's overall objectives, listen carefully to their wants and requirements and never shop over their budget or mislead a seller on value. Each client is as individual as the area and home they desire to own or sell and deserve attention to every detail with their investment. I enjoy assisting first time homebuyers as much as return clients looking for a new location. In addition to my busy real estate career, I compete in Reined Working Cow Horse competitions and enjoy painting in my studio. We raise a few steers on our Quarter Circle Spade Ranch in Springtown Texas in additon to our 4 horses and Jack Russell terrier. I am a Residential Investment Consultant and PSA Certified.
