An Accounting and Finance graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, Estela's journey in real estate began after a successful career in the mortgage industry, serving as a loan processor, underwriter, and a project manager on default/loss mitigation teams. Her in-depth understanding of mortgage processes and the financial aspects of real estate transactions provides her clients with a distinct advantage in navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home and enables her to provide invaluable insights to her clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.

In 2008, drawn to the opportunity to inspire young minds, Estela embarked on a new journey as an elementary school educator where she continues to empower and shape the minds of all who enter her classroom.  Despite her fulfilling role as a teacher, her interest in real estate remained steadfast.  With her mortgage background, Estela's introduction to the arena of real estate was a natural progression, driven by her desire to directly assist clients in achieving their homeownership dreams. Her background as an elementary school teacher plays a crucial role in her approach to real estate. She excels in patiently guiding her clients through every step of the process, explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
