Linda a Colorado native, studied Oracle database technology and worked for Martin Marietta and NREL. Advancing her IT skills she became an Oracle consultant, and board member/presenter with Rocky Mountain Oracle Users Group. She met her husband through their mutual passion for sports cars and while raising their children, they formed A&L Construction and built their custom home near their church in Arvada. After a fulfilling IT career Linda took on fixing and flips with her husband where she learned to buy, sell, design and remodel homes, while successfully managing rentals and investment financing. Most recently, Linda managed a scrape and build of a modern waterfront dream home in Broomfield. Due to the waterfront location this project made for an unusually complex planning and build process, requiring her to work closely with Broomfield engineering, flood control and building departments. The result is a spectacular modern new build with its own subdivision. In her free time, Linda enjoys working out, playing competitive senior volleyball, disc golfing and helping her grown family with home improvement projects.
