Andy Brumbaugh is a 13 year veteran of the real estate industry. Andy majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship at the University of South Carolina and has been full time in real estate ever since. He has extensive knowledge in the local markets, general brokerage, and new construction fields. One of Columbia's top agents and has put together a winning formula for the way real estate brokerages should be run for the next generation by partnering with JPAR. As the franchise owner for JP & Associates REALTORS Magnolia Group, it is his vision and leadership that is guiding the growth through the South Carolina markets.
