Having once ventured as far away as North Carolina, Nadine Chavez and her family quickly knew that for them there was no place like Texas, and when the opportunity arose to return home to friends and family, they didn’t hesitate.

Nadine Chavez is a Native Texan and second-generation Austinite who immerses herself in the vibrancy and uniqueness of Austin culture whenever possible. She and her husband can be found at the Zilker Kite and Austin City Limits Music Festivals with their two kids, or sampling one of the many delectable and diverse restaurant offerings to be had around the city.

Upon deciding to pursue a career as a Realtor®, Nadine committed herself to exceeding clients’ expectations with an unsurpassed professionalism and attention to detail. She recognizes that buying a home can be a potentially intimidating experience, requiring a REALTOR who can offer clarity, consistency, and timely communication through every stage of the home buying and selling experience. What distinguishes her from other Realtors is her passion for the Austin community and her genuine desire to help clients find the perfect home in a city she has loved her whole life.

Nadine believes that in order to provide superior service to clients, a Realtor® must continuously expand their professional knowledge base. Therefore, she endeavors to apprise herself of as many relevant certifications and continuing education opportunities, as possible.

Nadine is a Realtor, not simply a real estate agent. As a Realtor®, she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, she is committed to upholding a higher standard of ethics and accountability. She is a holder of a Graduate Realtor® Institute certification, which confers the most up-to-date training in legal and regulatory requirements, industry technology, sales procedure, financing, and professional standards. Additionally, she is designated a Seller Representative Specialist, which is a premier credential recognized by the National Association of Realtors® and awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert and member of the Austin Board of Realtors.
