Kala Hope was born into a family of Entrepreneurs that has lived in North Texas for 5 generations, and has been involved in Real Estate, Construction, and Property Management since the early 1920’s. As a teenager, Kala helped in her grand-paw’s convenience store, as well as her grandmother’s rental properties. After high school, she attended college at The University of North Texas were she started leasing apartments to help pay her way through college. Today, she has over 25 years’ experience in Real Estate Property Management operations ranging from on-site management, to the corporate level regional director, and for the last 10 years, she was the asset manager for a portfolio of commercial properties for a full service commercial mortgage co., PNC Bank, where she assisted with commercial business development for companies across the country.

Kala attributes her strong morals and work ethics to growing up in a family with an entrepreneurial spirit where everyone pitched in and worked as a team to ensure the family business was successful. It’s been a dream of hers ever since she was a little girl to continue the legacy of her family’s path and take it even one step further by becoming a licensed Realtor®. She truly enjoys helping others find that perfect place to call home.
