Payam Abbasi has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 32 years. He has a bachelors degree in Business Logistics from the University of North Texas and an M.B.A. in Strategic Leadership. A former owner of a successful franchise restaurant (Which Wich) and a Sr. Analyst who worked in the corporate world for over 16 years, Payam fell in love with Real Estate at an early age. He started investing right out of college and purchased his first property at the age of 22. Besides investing and helping companies improve their revenue, Payam also owns a music label and has worked with many platinum and Grammy musicians. He knows the importance of time management, customer care and how to make and save money.
