The Ashkinos Group began in 1995 when Howard and Shannon Ashkinos decided to take their passion of service into the Real Estate industry. From teaching to coaching, the team at The Agency Crew has helped hundreds of clients realize their dream of home ownership and assisted in the sale of their personal property for over 45 years collectively. Guiding people through the complex real estate process in the Dallas/Ft Worth markets has been a true blessing. Our team works in a collaborative environment ensuring thorough impute by the entire “Crew”. The Agency Crew provides the knowledge and tools needed during the journey of the home buying/selling process. We are honored and passionate to not only deliver an exceptional experience but also demonstrate an unwavering commitment to serving our clients/friends every need.

Meet “The Crew”

Shannon Ashkinos - Broker Associate licensed since 1995: Currently serves on the Board of Directors of GFWAR as well as serving the Education Committee and Technology Committees. Shannon has written the MCE Matrix Advance class and is the technology trainer for GFWAR. Shannon is a graduate of TRLP (Texas Real Estate Leadership Program). Outside of Real Estate, Shannon has previously volunteered on the Building Committee, served as a Children’s Minister at her church and currently leads women's bible studies.

Howard Ashkinos- Licensed Associate since 1996: Served multiple terms as a Board of Director for GFWAR and has Chaired and Co-Chaired multiple committees such as TREPAC and Strategic Planning. Howard was a Founding member and Graduate of what is now known as TRLP (Texas Real Estate Leadership Program). Whether in his spiritual journey, business or sports, Howard has been coaching for over 33 years. Serving and helping to grow others is Howard’s passion in life.
