About

Originally from the Bronx, New York, Yulemny Nunez, has been living in North Carolina for 15 years. Yulemny has worked in customer service for many years, and she has been a REALTOR® since 2020. She is passionate about helping clients who are relocating to North Carolina, and strives to keep their transition smooth and stress free. Yulemny also enjoys working with first time home buyers, and helping them learn the home buying process. 

When she isn’t working Yulemny loves to spend time with her nieces, her German Shepard, watch basketball, and try out new restaurants around the Triad. She loves to travel, especially to Honduras, where her family is from. Yulemny is fluent in Spanish and she can speak conversational French. Yulemny hopes that her clients always remember her as a great resource. She works hard to not only be a knowledgeable realtor, but a Piedmont Triad expert.
