Rick Giarratano - Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Rick Giarratano has 27+ years of commercial real estate experience in brokerage services.  His primary focus has been on the leasing and sale of office, office/flex and industrial properties.  Rick began his real estate career with CB Commercial (presently CB Richard Ellis) in 1995.  Most recently Rick was with Fairbairn Commercial, Inc. for 18 years where he was a partner with the firm.

Rick sets himself apart from other brokers with his expertise and knowledge of the local Denver Commercial Real Estate Market across all specialties along with his attention to detail, and open client communication. Rick’s key to success is his work ethic and drive to constantly improve ways in which he can create value for his clients. Mike Lindquist - Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Mike Lindquist has over 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate.  After a successful career in corporate sales and management, Mike joined Frederick Ross as an office broker where he was responsible for the Prudential 3.3 million square foot office building portfolio in Denver’s Central Business District.  Mike spent 9 years as an independent broker and focused on representing tenants and landlords in the office, industrial and retail marketplace after  his experience with Frederick Ross.  Most recently Mike was with Fairbairn Commercial, Inc. for 11 years.

Mike’s incredible work ethic and tenure in Commercial Real Estate speaks for itself as well as an acute attention to detail and his relentless work ethic. Mike utilizes his intimate market knowledge from over the years to successfully assist clients with all their Commercial Real Estate needs.


David W. Schwab - Commercial Real Estate Advisor

David has 28+ years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, leasing, financing, property management, asset management, and disposition. David has completed over 2+ million square feet of real estate projects across all asset classes utilizing a variety of funding methods including limited partnerships, public and private joint ventures, institutional funding, tax increment financing, as well as an array of debt source financing. David is practiced at financial modeling, analysis, and budgeting with a vast experience and deep understanding of all due diligence required throughout the entire property development life cycle. 

David sets himself apart from other brokers with his expertise in understanding the capital markets, comprehensive underwriting, attention to detail, and forthright client communication. He takes a specialized approach with each client, providing customized solutions to fit his clients’ specific needs.
