As a Former Air Traffic Controller, we were taught to listen making sure you thoroughly understand what a pilot or another controller was saying on the airwaves before responding. In light of this, I have developed great listening skills that fuel my success as an Appliance Expert with SEARS HOLDING COMPANY. At the time , I joined Sears as a trainer, and I came to the realization that I was suppose to show associates how to improve their behavior. It was Listening Skills that was the most valuable trait. After my position expired because of digital training techniques, I decided to become a sale associate to the dismay of my Bosses. However, I realize it was the best decision I made and I become a member of the "MILLION DOLLAR CLUB" for nine years in a role.
