Semyon has 13 years of experience in the Real Estate business. She originally got into Real Estate because of her love of helping others and love of guiding them through major milestones in their lives. She especially enjoys and excels at helping first time home buyers and being there for her clients through the entire transaction process. She enjoys working in a field that is so focused on people and their needs. She works tirelessly to provide the best, most comprehensive service for each and every one of her clients.

Semyon studied at SC State University for her Undergraduate Degree and Webster University for her Graduate Degree. She was also a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. Outside of Real Estate, she has 20 years of experience in Social Work as well as being a former educator. All these experiences have given her a wealth of diverse knowledge to help her especially when working with her clients.
