Karen Polanco is a distinguished real estate professional with over 14 years of experience, including a strong focus on new construction. Her extensive career is marked by leadership, service, and advocacy within the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors (GEPAR) and the Women’s Council of Realtors.
From 2019 to 2023, Karen served on the GEPAR Board of Directors, playing a key role in advancing initiatives to support Realtors and protect property rights. As TREPAC Chair in 2022, she spearheaded efforts to secure vital funding for industry advocacy. Her commitment to the real estate profession is further reflected in her status as a major investor for over five years.
Within the Women’s Council of Realtors, Karen has established herself as a leader at both the local and state levels. She served as president of the El Paso Del Norte chapter in 2023, advanced to state district vice president in 2024, and will serve as the state treasurer in 2025, continuing her dedication to empowering real estate professionals and advocating for the industry.
