As former Global Head of Real Estate Legal for both Baxter and AbbVie, Jose Ramon oversaw legal matters for billions in assets—offices, medical facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants—across more than 60 countries. His deep understanding of contract law, asset strategy, and risk mitigation makes him a trusted advisor for clients looking to buy, sell, or invest with confidence and clarity.

Based in Pleasanton, Jose Ramon is passionate about helping Bay Area clients unlock opportunities—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and commercial property owners. His global business acumen, paired with local market insight and a meticulous eye for detail, allows him to deliver world-class results with a personalized, high-touch approach.

He holds degrees in Finance (BS – University of Illinois), Law (JD – USC), and an advanced law degree (LL.M – Northwestern). Jose also serves on multiple boards, including a health tech start-up, a global law firm, and a nonprofit supporting foster youth with life and tech skills.
