For 24 years, Martha and Eric traveled the world before retiring in 2008 and settling in Texas. Both originally from Arkansas, they met 39 years ago and have built a life filled with love, adventure, and family.

Martha Smith may be new to the real estate industry, but she is enthusiastic about helping clients find or build their dream homes. With personal experience in homeownership, she and her husband have built two homes from the ground up and purchased their third home in 2022. While selling is new to her, buying is not, giving her a unique perspective to guide her clients.

Martha is known for her tenacious work ethic, emotional intelligence, and professional poise—qualities essential for success in real estate. As a passionate homeowner, she deeply values the importance of creating a place to call home. She is highly attentive to her clients' needs, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.

In addition to her real estate journey, Martha runs a business designing T-shirts for Sickle Cell Disease Warriors, inspired by her two grandsons living with the disease—one of whom has lived with her and her husband since birth. Her empathy, dedication, and passion drive her commitment to learning and thriving in this business, helping others transition from starter homes to dream homes. Martha is a Substitue teacher in Mansfield, Texas for the last 3 years, and 4 years earlier in Killeen, Texas where she enjoyed being in the classroom with students.
