Lending & Financing

I’m also a lender, but do not handle the lending when I am representing buyer on the real estate transaction. I:

• Connect you with solid local lenders and loan options
• Help you understand rates, payments, and closing costs
• Work closely with your lender to keep the deal on track
• Make sure you never sign anything you don’t understand
