Born and raised in the border city of El Paso, Ivan offers a local's expertise and passion for the city's diverse and dynamic real estate. Ivan began his career with sales working in the insurance industry, where he accomplished to gain trust & confidence from his clients. He developed his customer service skills through management and one-on-one relationships rendering him an unquestionable candidate of honesty & resourcefulness. Moving on, Ivan branched into commercial retail construction where he not only learned how to bid and negotiate million dollar contracts, but also learned about managing the building process of a project from start to finish.
