The home-buying process can seem stressful. Rebecca believes it doesn’t have to be. Are you a first-time buyer working within a budget, an investor searching for a new ideal location or a family searching for your forever home? Her goal is to make you feel at ease with the entire home-buying process. Growing up in New England, Rebecca found an appreciation for history. Antiques, from a particular way of life, older homes that held stories in the details and towns for their design and architecture. Change is simply part of life. A family move relocated her to Southern Indiana to be closer to family. As much as she loved working from home, it was time for a change. Becoming a realtor blended interests that truly brought her joy. History, exploring new towns and a natural passion for serving people. “I wish I would have done this years ago,” she said. Rebecca works hard for every individual client and strives to make them feel like she is only working with them. “Everyone deserves to have a home they love.” She enjoys searching for just the right home for each individual family. She believes it takes honesty, communication, and patience. “I try to always be honest and communicate well throughout the home-buying/selling process. This way, everyone agrees and there are no surprises. No one likes surprises.” Rebecca has even stepped in to pull weeds, clean a bathroom or help a seller organize their home. “Whatever it takes,” she stated. In her spare time, she enjoys cleaning, organizing, yard sales, re-doing furniture, gardening, and most of all, family time. She also enjoys exploring the old shops in downtown Jeffersonville, New Albany, and Madison. Her biggest accomplishments as a realtor over the past few years are the amazing people she’s met and helped buy or sell their home. “It’s truly been an honor and a blessing.” Whatever the change or transition in your life, Rebecca believes everyone deserves kindness and respect, especially during stressful times. If you are in the market for a new home or investment property in Southern Indiana, consider Rebecca Bergeron. Kindness and dedication are a win every time.
