A proud South Carolina native, Alicia has called the Summerville area home for over a decade. Her career began at the Summerville Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Marketing Director. In this role, she built an extensive network of contacts and became a well-connected and valued member of the community.

Alicia's deep community ties led her to the Nexton development, where she played a pivotal role in helping the master-planned community grow from the ground up to a thriving neighborhood with thousands of residents. At Nexton, she wore many hats—leading corporate and community outreach, building relationships with local employers, and ensuring new hires were introduced to the area and its offerings. She also worked directly with homebuyers, acted as a liaison with builder partners, led realtor outreach initiatives and planned numerous events from concept to execution.

These experiences naturally transitioned into a successful career in real estate. Alicia is passionate about helping clients find their perfect home and enjoys sharing her love for the Charleston area with newcomers and locals alike. 

Alicia is also deeply committed to community service. She serves on the Board of Directors for Dorchester County’s Habitat for Humanity, the Community Advisory Committee for Summerville Medical Center, and the social committee in her neighborhood. She is a proud graduate of the Leadership Dorchester Class of 2014 and has hosted community events ranging from open house tours and festivals to concerts, all aimed at enhancing local engagement and well-being.

Her leadership and dedication have been recognized with several accolades, including the 2021 Trailblazer of the Year award from the Summerville Chamber of Commerce and the 2024 Rookie of the Year honor from her brokerage, JPAR Magnolia Group.
