Maryann Lloyd loves all things real estate. She is a licensed Realtor® and enjoys serving her clients. Whether they're purchasing their dream home or selling an existing property, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her clients.

Maryann has moved fourteen times for her husband’s work. Most of these moves were with children in tow. She is one of the few people who like moving. She loves the adventure it brings. Her husband and children do not share that enthusiasm for moving. She became a real estate agent to help others through the process she enjoys.

Maryann has experience in marketing and customer service. Relationships are key to her. When you work with her, whether you just met or are a longtime acquaintance, you are her friend. She wants to help you have the best experience possible.

Maryann and her husband, Gordon, settled in Davis County more than twenty years, where they raised their six children. She loves to get outside and hike and be in nature. One of her greatest joys in life is being a Nana and introducing her grandchildren to new experiences (like hiking).
