David began his career in Real Estate in the early 2000’s. He moved to California and sold Real Estate in Ventura County for 7 years. In 2007, being recruited to work with one of top REO teams in the valley, he moved to Las Vegas. Currently, he is actively licensed in NV and TX. David has received awards from every brokerage he’s worked with, and has recently been ranked in the upper 4% of his peers. He is fluent in Spanish and has a unique approach in helping both sellers and buyers in any market, which he defines as “back to basics Real Estate".
