Andrew works in partnership with his oldest daughter, Donna Drapeau, who is also a licensed real estate broker. Together, they combine generational knowledge, fresh perspective, and shared values to provide clients with comprehensive and personalized real estate support. Married to his wife, Jamie, for 28 years, Andrew is the proud father of nine children. Family is the heart of his life, and he enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, cycling, gardening, and playing at the park with his children.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2011) and an MBA (2015), both from Regis University. His academic background, combined with his leadership experience and public service, equips him with a balanced, practical, and strategic approach to real estate.
