Zenia was born second out of four children, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. At the age of 10 her father started rehabbing distressed homes and he had his family be a part of every investment. She enjoyed being a part of every transaction and soon learned that she wanted to follow into her father’s footsteps.
Right out of high school she took her real estate classes and at the age of 21 she bought, managed and then sold her first investment home. For 7 years she assisted in property management in the DFW area. In 2009 she decided it was time to start managing her full-time real estate career. Her growing success is a direct result of always placing her customer’s needs first, experience, personal high standards, her customers know they can rely and trust in her. Zenia loves to spend time with her family and enjoys reading. Her family comes first, but first and foremost God.
