So happy your here! My name is Amy Woodard, I'm a Native Texan with a B.A. from Texas A&M - Commerce. I previously spent 20+ years as an educator in Northeast Texas. I grew up part of my life in Lakewood, East Dallas and the other part in the small East Texas town of Winnsboro. Living both in the city, and countryside of DFW, I'm comfortable with the city, suburbs, and outskirts of the Northeast Texas Region. Since 1998, My husband and I have resided in the rapidly growing area of Caddo Mills/Greenville, just east of Rockwall.  My goal as a REALTOR® is to guide you with honesty and integrity to make the buying & selling process go as smoothly as possible.
